To date, the Foundation has awarded over $600,000 in scholarship funds to students.
Who is Eligible to Apply?
To be eligible for this scholarship heres what you need
- Riverside County high school seniors graduating from select school districts and RCOE programs (Cal-SAFE, CBK, Community School, Court School, Foster Youth, Desert Edge Adult School)
- You’re planning to go to a two-year or four-year college.
- You have a GPA of at least 2.5.
- You’ve finished filling out the FAFSA form (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
- You’ve got a letter saying you’ve been accepted to college or a confirmation that you’re enrolled.

This scholarship is available to high school seniors in select districts and all RCOE Programs.
RCOE Foundation STEM Scholarship
This scholarship is available to high school seniors in select districts, and all RCOE Programs who are majoring in a college STEM program.
How to apply
Interested students must complete and submit the following items by the designated deadline to be considered for an RCOE Foundation scholarship:
- Personal essay (limited to no more than 1Â 1/2Â pages)
- Activities/accomplishment resume
- Letter of recommendation or scholarship evaluation form
- Scholarship application
- Grade transcripts
- FAFSA confirmation
- Proof of college admissions
